In this case, there shouldn't be any problems. If the disc is indeed a licensed copy, I recommend reinstalling the game and trying to install the patch again.

Before installing the patch, did you register on Ubi.com? If so, then the questions about the license are automatically resolved. If you can't send a screenshot, what exactly does the system display when you fail to install the patch? *Ubi.com is the official game server; you won't be able to access it with a pirated version.

Sure, just find a program that can extract files from the installer and then customize the game yourself.
