It is recommended to download it from official sources, such as a disc from a gaming magazine, etc. In other cases, there is a possibility of a broken link or the patch itself being damaged and not installing correctly. 3). Is it possible to send a screenshot of the problem? If the first two points are in order, a screenshot will simplify the problem-solving process. * By the word "definitely," we mean that it is indeed a licensed copy, and not just seems like it, possibly, maybe, or as if/given by Santa Claus/or a one-legged vendor with a hook swore on a bottle of Hawaiian rum that the disc is licensed.
