You guys are getting something mixed up - a 100 Mbps channel doesn't exist... even some providers don't have such a channel.

Monthly subscription fee. Volume of traffic included in the subscription fee. Cost of additional traffic (per 1 MB)
400 rubles. 2 GB 0.30 rubles.
525 rubles. 6 GB 0.20 rubles.
650 rubles. 22 GB 0.15 rubles.
920 rubles. 44 GB 0.10 rubles.
As far as I know, in the States, especially in large cities, the internet is excellent compared to ours.
It happens. Here are the prices of one of the Moscow providers. However, for me, an unlimited 7.5 Mbps is preferable.

There's no room for irony here – things are more or less okay in the cities, but in smaller towns, there's nothing but dial-up.
