Do you like your internet connection?

There's no room for irony here – things are more or less okay in the cities, but in smaller towns, there's nothing but dial-up.

I know, a friend of mine lives in Kazan, which isn't exactly a small city (2Arandor, if you happen to see this – I'm not talking about you), and until last year, he was using a dial-up modem. He only got a 256kbps cable connection this summer.
