Heh... I have all three – QIP, ICQ, and Miranda, but I mainly use Miranda :) In my opinion, it’s more convenient. I also use QIP sometimes when Miranda has problems. But I haven’t used ICQ since I found out that version 6 requires IE, which I don’t have :o There are other drawbacks too – an ad window when it starts, no bookmarks in the chat window, etc. I got tired of it.

I chose Miranda because I simply forgot my username and password, so I can't log into my QIP account! :D

I chose QIP 2005 Build 8060 – the best client!)))
I'm glad it supports global hotkeys:
Corrects incorrectly typed characters due to keyboard layout changes - ctrl + R
Anti-Boss (hides signs of the client running) - ctrl + F12

I tried using Keep, but it seemed too simplistic to me. So now I'm using Miranda, and I'm happy with it – it connects quickly (usually), doesn't crash (usually), and, of course, there's no advertising.

I installed Miranda Me. Everything is great; what I like about it is the beautiful skins and, of course, the fact that it's like a constructor – you can put together what you want. But you need to get used to it; not everyone can handle it, in my opinion.

Asya from Rambler was playing with the Hammers of Fate. And Qwip downloaded it too. Let them play together. :o

Just because she was playing it doesn't mean she isn't playing it now. She just downloaded Mirandka too.

Still, in my opinion, a quip is preferable, as it conveys a wider range of emotions.

Definitely QIP, I like it more, it’s more convenient for communication.

I used QIP because it was much more convenient than ICQ and other similar programs. But recently, QIP hasn't been working, and due to circumstances, I have to communicate through ICQ, which really annoys me...

Quip, quip, and quip! There's a lot of useless stuff in the app (IMHO), and it's full of ads:smile04:. Quip is very convenient, and there's not much extra stuff. I've been using Quip for a long time and trying to understand the benefits compared to the regular version. Maybe someone can tell me?))

P.S. I haven't used any of the other clients except for Jimm.

I used to use ICQ, but I started getting annoyed by the amount of ads, spam, and other junk:smile35: :smile19:. So I decided to switch to QIP:D :smile44:. It's a great program, I must say. Everything is incredibly simple:smile44:. And most importantly, there are NO ADS.

just Qwip. I started with Miranda, but it was too complicated – all that stuff isn't necessary. So, Qwip is the best.

A year and a half ago, I voted for ICQ because you can't play online without it... and I installed whatever came up first... but for a year now, I've been using QIP and I'm happy with it! P.S. So, -1 vote for ICQ and +1 for QIP.

I used Miranda first, then SIM, but it didn't support proxies, so I had to switch back to Miranda, and then to QIP. I'm using the Hot Coffee build.
I've been using QIP Infium for about a year, on Jabber, and using its transport for ICQ.
If these miserable people start changing the protocol again (which they do quite often), Google will quickly come up with something, and there will be no need to download anything new. And QIP is also quite good).

I use Mirando, it’s simple and convenient :)
