However, I agree that it would be good to add restrictions to userbars or at least include a rule about them. For example, no more than 4 regular or 2 animated userbars. Something like that.

I also made a clan userbar with it. So to speak, it's still a rough draft. Luckily, the program is easy to use, and I quickly figured out what's what. :)

It’s a pity that animated bars cannot be created in it.

It's also a pity that you can't create multiple layers in it... Although, in general, it makes sense. If you want to quickly create a simple but decent userbar, you can use this userbar maker. If you want something more impressive, you'll have to learn how to use Photoshop. But there's no need to master it completely; the main thing is to understand the basic actions needed for userbars (strokes, light semi-ellipse, etc.), and then everything depends on your imagination... :)
