Alex, I understand that it's inconvenient to have images disabled, and that to identify a user, you need to read their nickname rather than glance at their avatar, etc., but I still think it's acceptable, at least at work. However, I agree that it would be good to add restrictions to userbars or at least include a rule about them. For example, no more than 4 regular or 2 animated userbars. Something like that.
