Yes, the section about the second game is well-maintained, and things are going well. As for the topic about "Flooding," it was brought up in the thread about suggestions and improvements, which is appropriate. Even in a "flooding" thread, there should be some structure.

There are currently three moderators and Adelaide (I don't know who she is) while the total number of users on the forum is currently 23. Isn't that enough? There will be more users in the evening, but also more moderators. Is our forum so overrun with spam and rudeness that we need to appoint another 10-20 "police officers" to reduce the level of "crime" even a little? I think that some moderators are no better (and maybe even worse) than the most persistent spammers and rude users. Some can't even express their thoughts coherently. As I see it, a moderator should be an intelligent, fair, and unbiased person (i.e., not a member of a clan), and should be able to analyze the situation, rather than treating everyone the same way.

Yes, but you forget that most moderators can only moderate a limited number of sections.

The "chit-chat" section doesn't really need moderators – in my opinion, if there's a duplicate post or something else, the coordinator(s) will delete it (and completely).

The moderators are already busy enough (and there aren't many of them), and the "off-topic" and similar sections are very large... they need to not only close duplicate threads, etc., but also delete old threads that are no longer needed, or at least close them...

I would also clean up the off-topic threads, to be honest... the "off-topic" section means that you can create almost any topic, but each created topic should still be dedicated to something, so you need to write about it... but many people write whatever comes to their mind... that's not right!... that's why I volunteered to be a moderator) I spend a lot of time in the off-topic section, I know what's going on... I'll try to control this chaos)

Why do we need a moderator in the off-topic section? The only thing that needs to be done there is to delete old topics or duplicates. I doubt that deleting a topic is a very time-consuming process, so I think a coordinator can spare 5-10 minutes of their "precious" time for this.

I only write in the Heroes chat; even then, not everything I want to say. It was created for this purpose, as a replacement for the regular chat, which is currently disabled...
In other topics, you should write according to the given theme, even if it's in the off-topic section... and in general, there's a lot of nonsense there; silly, empty topics.

If you’re too busy, let those who have more free time do the moderating. Huge respect to Alan. I don’t understand why he isn’t a moderator, but in all the spam, clone, and simply unnecessary threads, he is the first to reply, and only after three days do the moderators close them. And if there’s some question, Alan is usually the first to help — and this isn’t just my personal opinion. If he was unanimously voted "Hope and Support of the Forum" in the "Flood Scare" awards, that says something, I think.
Out of all the moderators, only Lu4ik, That One, and a few others are actively on the forum. But there’s plenty of work for moderators. First of all, no one controls the Flood section — it’s not a section, it’s a dump. Honestly, I already regret creating the Dimension Door League. But I created it not as some vague thing where you register and forget it — I created it with serious intentions for its development. I’m just leaving now, but when I come back, me and several other League members will start implementing what we planned. But you can see for yourselves what started after that (((((
So we need active moderators who are close to the "people," not some semi-divine beings (which is the impression I get when I read their posts) who visit the forum once every five years. Just look at the daily visit list — rarely do even three moderators show up, and that’s with about 1000 active (and sometimes too active) users on the forum.
Therefore, from all the above, I believe the moderators should be Arandor to restore order in the Flood, Drakkoshka because she’s a good and active person who hangs out in almost all sections, and Major Whirlwind for the same reason — serious and active, cares about the life of the forum, creates sections (in Heroes 5) where interesting ideas are concentrated, not spam about what’s prettier: birds around a nymph or butterflies around a dryad.

Anyway, that’s my opinion, even if it’s rough, but it’s because I’ve been holding it in for way too long.

As I understand it, the term "semi-divine" referred to me and some of my colleagues. However, you are the one who elevated us to this rank. Yes, we have a sense of self-worth. Yes, we have achievements, and a significant portion of the forum users who PLAY HEROES respect us. But when we are approached in a human way for help, we provide it and communicate in a completely friendly and open manner, without putting up a wall!
In my section, there are 3 moderators (including me), and everyone appears several times a week; the section is active.
As for the social and entertainment section, more moderators are definitely needed here. There are always two approaches: limiting users' rights to create topics or clearly structuring the sections and having a large number of moderators.
