I only write in the Heroes chat; even then, not everything I want to say. It was created for this purpose, as a replacement for the regular chat, which is currently disabled...
In other topics, you should write according to the given theme, even if it's in the off-topic section... and in general, there's a lot of nonsense there; silly, empty topics.

P.S. And since there's a separate sub-section for "Ufology," it would be good to create sub-sections for other general topics... music, movies, tests (there are many of them, and they need to be concentrated in one place).
