Does the original model in the game also glitch (without re-exporting)? I haven't played in a while, but I don't remember seeing any glitches with the dwarves?
Posts from RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.
Do we need Ashan?
The original model is fine, but the re-exported ones are glitching. By the way, I've seen this bug before – if you port a faceless creature from Heroes of Might and Magic VII, its wings will be similarly distorted.
Hmm... is there such a glitch with the fingers and cloak in the 3D program?
No, everything is fine there.
are you following the instructions precisely when exporting? Remember how many nuances popped up... you had to remove a checkmark here, add one there, and so on.
By the way, everything looks good in Maya - the animations look normal, and the model moves as it should.
And I created the faceless one following the instructions using 3ds Max.
while working on the knight, I got a little discouraged and made a druid) I don't know what to do with him, I'm thinking of putting him in NCF or replacing the mummies.
A female druid.
He would make a cool neutral creature.

Then Google "RTF mod" or "Heroes 5 RTF mod", that's what my group is called.

Cool concept art for Dwarves, Lizardmen, and Elves.
Undead are the ultimate undead warriors, arising from a dark ritual, making them ideal assassins: they know no fear, fatigue, or regret.
Blood Reapers are the elite vanguard of the undead legions. Reapers are born from irredeemable rage. These are the souls of former fallen commanders, whose anger was so great that it literally "ignited" their lifeless essence.
Grave Guards are the only creatures allowed to be in the personal chambers of the high liches. They are the ears and eyes of their master.
They are ideal bodyguards, whose existence is inextricably linked to the architecture of the Necropolis, as they are devoid of ambition, fear, and needs.
By the way, I accidentally triggered this bug.
So, I'm porting a new model – everything looks fine in Maya, but in the game, the finger is stuck in the air.
I used to fix this with a workaround – I'd attach the finger to the hand (but at the same time, Maya would delete the attachment to the finger bones, and I didn't know that).
I decided to do this in Blender so I wouldn't have to mess around in Maya every time. I apply the hand's weights to the finger; now it's attached to both the finger and the hand – and the finger stretches in the game.
Nightmare!
