I also remembered that I once played as a chaotic evil character - it was some Jean-Claude Vandum, a sadist-zoophobe who carried torture tools with him and was ready to drag a randomly encountered furry into an alleyway and torture him without a second thought (which he did manage to do, and he didn't even get anything for it). That expansion was deleted, so it can't be found now, unfortunately.

Based on Jean-Claude Van Damme's description, he sounds more like a zoophile...
And in which expansion exactly? As I said, the "Sailors" are available in the web archive. But there were many beastmen in the island expansion about the Emperor; perhaps you're referring to that one.

It was a Koishi expansion, and I think it was called "Where No Man Has Set Foot," although I might be mistaken, as it was a long time ago.
