yes, and try to add a little white to the demon's texture, so that there is a smooth transition from the skull to the dark body of the demon....
I didn't change the cleaver; I first tried attaching a femur instead of the handle, but I didn't like it.
I think I'll finish it.
These will be Necropolis lords, casting dark magic and possibly summoning.
The bone also turned out interesting, but because of its color, it doesn't look right. If it were also a pale gray, it would fit the theme. The casting effect is beautiful. In general, polish a couple of nuances, and it will become a magnificent Tier-6 unit for the Necropolis. Like, necromancers raised cave demons from the dead to create their higher undead =)
I'll even say more, if everything is done correctly, they can be taken as an alternative Tier-6 for the Necropolis, an alternative to the Black Knights.
I liked it better when its skin was gray =) closer to the Necromancer style.

It looks good, but it would be nice to see it in motion, the smoothness of the head movement, the absence of any artifacts, etc...

The beauty of attaching skulls to fleshy models is that no transitions are needed. I looked at Wendigo art, sometimes muscles are drawn attached to the skull, but usually the transition is either absent or not noticeable

originally, the plan was to have only 2 Necro-Demons for RTF, one low-level and the other large and powerful, conditionally this is wild undead - ghouls and super ghouls
this is like Anub'arak and Crypt Fiends
Cool, are they replacing Necropolis?
And in RTF, they will be Necropolis if everything goes well.
Necropolis is a special faction; it doesn't have a country in the usual sense – no king, no taxes, and no population. It's a gathering of ghouls from crypts, vampires from old castles, liches, and ghosts from ancient burial grounds, and, of course, evil warlocks.
Necropolis exists everywhere, but there is no one who would unite all these groups under their will.
Demons with skulls are one of the groups.
Here, they will be neutral NCF
and in RTF, they will be Necropolis if everything goes well

Great idea! I understand that the skullwings and bone hounds are the first units of the bone demon faction? I really like your version of the Ashan!
CREATURE_513
Lich Lords
A terrifying creation of necromancers – a demon's soul, torn from the realm of Sheol and bound to a dead body. Lich Lords are not much different from their living counterparts, but they have lost the ability to use chaos magic and now inflict "plague" and "weakness" on their enemies.

Tomb Lords
A terrible creation of the Necromancers – a demon's soul torn from Sheogh and bound to a dead body. Tomb Lords are not much different from their living kin, but they have lost the ability to use chaos magic, and now inflict "plague" and "weakness" upon their enemies.
The visuals are great, but the name is strange.
Why? It sounds pretty good, and it's also a reference to the Dungeon faction.
