From Dungeon, "Grief" is a strange ability. It has a very good effect, but it's a waste to spend a turn casting it :D

З.З.Ы: А вот у нас в Шио....:D
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
I played a bit of 3.0, and I think it turned out pretty well. The alternative upgrade system brings more balance, and it's not unnecessary, unlike in Heroes 4, where it exists but you don't have a choice.
I'm waiting for the patch; maybe they'll bring back mana wells, because it feels a bit unusual to play without them. I have to come up with new tactical options and conserve mana.
“Sorrow” is a strange thing from the Dungeon… the effect is quite good, but it’s a pity to waste a turn casting it :D
It needs to be made into an area-of-effect spell, like slow...
Has anyone tried vampirism? How useful is it in practice?

I'm playing as Elves, I upgraded "Luck of the Road," but it didn't work until I took "Soldier's Luck." And that's at level 5 or higher.

And they criticized the skill wheel for no reason – the skills that appear most often are exactly the ones you want to upgrade. My Arantir, thanks to the abundance of useful skills, already resembles an impenetrable killing machine by level 24 (sorry for the pun)...
I'm playing as Winrael, level 29, and the ultimate ability is just awful: sometimes it gives something useless, and sometimes it gives two of what's needed at once. Navigating the new skill wheel requires a different approach.

I agree about the "Hive," it was too small even for level 3.

There are plenty of Ranger set artifacts; they could have added the "Phoenix Cloak." And the Quiver is a good item, especially when the cart is destroyed.
They do exist. It just seems like they might not be present on GSC maps.
Started playing today... seems okay :smile20: But what's up with the dialogue, why is it so quiet (the music drowns out the dialogue)? Maybe someone can tell me how to fix this?
