Around the 30th pull, I got Rosaria: Keqing (78th pull according to the counter) > Kokomi (3rd pull from scratch) > Keqing (4th pull from scratch).

I got her after ~65 pulls, straight away on the first try. This is actually the first legendary weapon from the weapon banner in the entire existence of my account.
After that, I still had some gems left, so I did another 30 pulls on the character banner for Diona – and finally managed to get her C6, and also got Sayu C6 along the way (3 copies dropped). No Toma at all (and I didn’t really want him anyway).

Overall, I'm very happy, even despite getting Chichu – I wasn't expecting to win the 50/50 twice in a row, and I wanted Homa more than Hu Tao. And I still have a guaranteed pull for Miko. As for Chichu C2 – it's definitely a good reason to think about leveling her up for physical damage xD

Albedo and Eula will be available simultaneously, in two separate banners. And that's when I started wondering if I should roll for Eula? It would be especially cool if Noelle is added to her banner (I only need one more constellation for her). But Noelle will most likely be with the Alchemist (definitely not with Itto - Gorou is a Geo character there). So, most likely, this won't be a complete skip.

I advise trying Eula; I wasn't particularly looking forward to her release, but it's very enjoyable to play. And with Kokomi, it's the opposite.

I'm not advising based on combat skills, but on the character's execution.
The animations are so pleasant that you can just tap the auto-attacks one by one and enjoy.
Only her pompous speeches annoy me.

p.s. At the moment, I only want Ayaka and C1 for Kazuha.

Well, fellow Cryo enjoyers, it's time for some tough choices. In my opinion, Shen He is even more appealing than Eula, and their roles seem to be roughly the same.
Although there's a chance they could work well together. And I might try to save up for her (try my luck with the 50% chance – she'll be available in early January).

I also randomly pulled another Tomo, by accident. I clicked on the wrong banner, and he dropped.
I collected the achievement with the fortune slips, if I'm not mistaken. This also reminded me that I keep forgetting to finish the cat quests on Seirai Island (another obscure thing that appears after the main storyline). There's a chain of them, and they seem to update every day.

Oh, I think I've completely neglected the quests because they aren't very interesting. I've mostly been grinding. Although, I did complete a couple of them today, including the storyline quest for Eola. And have you been feeding the foxes on Dragon's Spine?
