Let's see, maybe I'll be able to redo some of the heroes sometime.

I decided to take a little break and added a Q&A section and a version log to the header; maybe someone will have something to read.
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
So, the time of humanity has come! For the Emperor! For the cos... uh... For the human Empire! Forward!
8) xHaven - Haven

I also changed Wingael's texture: I fixed the excessive darkening and matched his clothes to a single tone.

Congratulations! I like all the heroes, but I like Miv the most! Respect and kudos! Keep up the good work!
The textures are well done; it's a pleasure to look at the results.
I've also been thinking for a long time that the Sylvan archers should have their blue cloak changed to green, because the logic is weak. Hunters hiding in the forest and wearing such a bright outfit – the archers are more realistic in terms of camouflage.
Thank you!
By the way, I was also thinking about that when retexturing the archer standing nearby. But this might be too big of a change for many players, and it could just confuse them. And individual models for each hero should have been included with the game from the start; even as a child, I wondered why all my elves were the same guys with horns.
And a unique model for each hero should have been implemented from the very beginning of the game. Even as a child, I wondered why all my elves were the same guys with horns.
Well, the Nival guys were fans of the third game, and there was a similar situation with the heroes (each hero didn't have their own unique skin).
Besides, creating individual appearances for a large number of heroes is a huge amount of work, and someone also had to create the creatures. And, as we remember, Ubisoft was rushing them terribly. So it's good that there are people who are doing this.
Yes, I remember, although I'm not a big fan of the third game. But still, two parts of the series have passed since then, and they had already moved away from the 2D graphics. Well, never mind. As you said, it's good that there are people who are doing this. :)
I started working on the textures for Haven, increasing the resolution of Dugald's textures because the standard ones were very blurry, and, again, I created my own horse and flag bearer and adjusted everything to match the overall color scheme. I would also like to add a quiver from another mod, but I can't seem to figure out the skeletons; if anyone can give me some advice on this detail, I would be grateful.
Hello! Thank you for the wonderful mod! I will use it every time I play.I changed the color of the horses for the elves; I'll upload a few pictures. If you like them, you can add them here as an alternative version.

Why suggest it when you can just do it? Create an alternative version and upload it to the forum; the Mount and Blade modding community does this, and these mods are called "submods." Sometimes, this results in truly amazing projects like TLD and TLD Overhaul – the first focuses on the scenario, while the second adds armor in the style of the movies on top of the TLD mod.
If that's possible, then no problem. I come from the Skyrim modding scene, and there, to upload a mod with any changes, you need to get not only the author's permission but also the permission of everyone involved in creating the mod's assets.
