What's the deal with the descend-ascend thing? I saw the GM's post at the start of the drama saying you can fly over bodies while moving, but you can't hover over a cell.

In the bugurt, you can fly freely, but some of ours agreed with members of the former coalition to fight by tournament rules, if we live to see that moment.
