Um, thank you for being willing to share content =) But it would be nice to have a couple of screenshots from the game. It's hard to judge: The green one looks interesting; the eye is certainly drawn to a certain blurriness, but it's still more atmospheric than the original green.
The icons look good =) It seems that the originals don't have a black outline, which is why they look worse.
If you give permission, I might create a neutral Azure unit, based on the textures of the blue dragon.
Feel free to use it... by the way, my versions use a colored mirror ( *check the textures*), I think that black and gray should also have this effect added, so they don't look matte...
Regarding the screenshots... I would gladly provide them, but I don't have the opportunity to install Heroes yet, as I haven't finished setting up my new laptop... I need Windows 7 (because I have a boxed, licensed version), but it came with a pre-installed trial version of Windows 10... so, that's the situation! ;)

Yes, exactly about the mirror... the pale gray needs to be replaced with some color (without transparency) that is different from blue/cyan, because by default, the metallization reflects in the blue spectrum... I think that for black, the most harmonious color would be red!

I'm afraid I don't understand this, so I won't try to break something that already works xD
I added a couple of higher-tier creatures here.) Their stats and damage are slightly lower than yours, but overall they are stronger. +Nightmares and Fire Elementals from the third game have been added at level 7.
They now more closely match the parameters and abilities of other high-tier weak creatures. Well, except for the monster, which instead of having a strong direct attack, now attacks everyone Since this post, I've only updated the monster's special attack, giving it the animation of a regular attack.
The art is not mine; I can't draw. There are often references to other creatures there, and the creature's strength is incorrectly set. But they perform well in battle.

Everyone has their own opinion on this =) Perhaps good for single-player playthroughs. But what about multiplayer?
