He might even have established a royal system here with his dynasty at the head if he had succeeded. The fall of the current regime in El Ragna meant little to Aulus, and he returned home, deciding that with Chinax's death, he had nothing more to do in the Weiling mercenary organization. Thanks to Alma, slavery became entrenched as the foundation of Heckeklian society and culture for many decades, or even centuries.
