It's already November. What's the status of Shades of Darkness?

I'll try to be a motivator too: after a series of streams of the Remix for Heroes 6, I bought it again and completed all the campaigns of the complete edition on the maximum difficulty. But the official scenarios didn't impress me, to put it mildly, and I haven't seen any fan-made scenarios, only maps. Out of boredom, I got the complete club set and almost all the achievements (except for two related to the Void - I got tired of killing it a thousand times, trying to meet the conditions). So, I guess there's not much left to do with the game :( That's why "Dungeons of the Mind" will be very interesting!

Hello, I initially launched the map on the highest difficulty level, and after a month, I was defeated. I wanted to write a very angry and somewhat vulgar conclusion, but I decided to try a slightly lower difficulty level, and... it's really a very interesting map; it's challenging and forces you to think, strategize, and find creative solutions. Thank you so much for your hard work; it's truly awesome.
I wanted to end on an optimistic note, but unfortunately, nothing happens when I climb Mount Anathir, which is why I can't finish the game.

Yes, I initially had version 3, but I installed 3.1 and reloaded the save file (it didn't work) - apparently, it's not that simple, and I'll have to start a new game in this version.

Here's the question. If Arantir is replaced with another hero at the start, and the victory condition requiring Arantir to survive is removed, is it still possible to complete the map? Or are there any scripts tied to Arantir?
