Dear Frozensoull, please excuse me, I was busy with business and couldn't get in touch with you. Now I'm posting all the remaining necessary information about the supposed "Shiva mod":
Biography from Heroes III Complete Collection by "Buka":
Shiva is the youngest of six daughters in a family of circus trainers. Not wanting to waste her life continuing her parents' business, she left the circus and became a mercenary in the army of Duke Krevlod Winston Boragus. Over time, she achieved true perfection in this field.
Biography that will be used for Shiva, transferred to Ranaan in Arkhana:
Shiva is the youngest of six daughters in a family of circus trainers from the Holy Griffin Empire on the border with Ranaan. Not wanting to waste her life continuing her parents' business, she left the circus and became a mercenary in the army of the first Khan of Ranaan, Kunyak the Liberator. Over time, she achieved true perfection in this field.
If it doesn't fit within the limitations of the Ubisoft EXE, please let me know, and I will write a shortened version.
I'm attaching an image of Shiva from Heroes 3 in BMP format (I can send it in TGA right away; I have Adobe Photoshop installed, and I use it a lot every day).

Especially for you, Psatkha! :cool: I admire your vast, years-long experience in modding, but I simply don't understand how, with such experience, you can't see the difference between the various interpretations of the same heroes in different games of the Heroes series. Please, take a closer look at the two images and think about whether it's the same person or two different ones. I apologize for daring to point this out to such a professional as you, but I am genuinely puzzled...:smile07:
