Mod requests (orders).

Based on the Golddragon mod, is it possible to create something like this? Who can do it? Can it be implemented as a separate unit? Is it possible to completely transfer a model from Heroes 6 and 7 to the unit skeleton of Heroes 5? (SEE ABOVE for requests, screenshots)
