I. General Questions.

2. Game Version SoD 3.2 (4.0) + HD mod
Mage Guild restructuring is enabled. There are no restrictions on restructuring.

3. Players bargain for the right to choose a Town and Color (unless the template suggests otherwise). The right to speak first in the bidding process is determined by a coin toss.

4. Templates will be as in the OFB tournament. A standard set of templates from the list. The right to cross out a template first is determined by a coin toss. The player "who wins the coin toss" chooses who will cross out first.

5. Rules are standard. If changes are made to the rules during the tournament, they will apply in this tournament.
Restart limit: 113 on all templates except mirror maps.

II. Organizational Issues.

1. The Tournament is held according to the Rules for organizing, conducting, and participating in tournaments.
2. Players listed in the Blacklist and Penalty Bench are not allowed to participate in the tournament.
3. Tournament hosts and judges:

If it is impossible to resolve a controversial issue independently, the judges will seek assistance from the AC.
The host has the right to make any necessary changes to the regulations and rules during the tournament.
4. For each played match, participants must submit a report and confirmation in this thread, created automatically.
Saves of all matches must be saved until the end of the tournament and submitted upon first request by the tournament host or any member of the AC.
5. Information about the progress of the tournament is updated as needed and is located at the beginning of this thread.
6. All games of the tournament count towards the seasonal rating. The list of reports for the tournament is also located at the beginning of this thread.
7. Players who take 1st-3rd place will receive the right to participate in FB-13.
The winner of the tournament will receive the traditional medal under their avatar.



III. Deadlines.
All participants in the tournament must strictly adhere to the announced deadlines:
1. Immediately after the start of the next stage or round, contact your opponents for preliminary arrangements regarding the games. To agree means to reach an agreement after negotiations and discussion. An offer without a response will not be considered an agreement.
2. Any temporary problems (with internet access, travel plans, personal matters) must be reported to the tournament hosts.
3. The preferred time for tournament games is daytime (12:00-00:00 Moscow time) on weekends and evening (19:00-00:00 Moscow time) on weekdays. If a participant cannot play at this time, the host will interpret the absence of game results as being in favor of his opponent.

Registration (confirmation of participation) - December 6 - 8, 2018.
Draw - December 8, 2018.
Start of the tournament - December 8, 2018.

IV. Regulations.
Since everyone really liked the format of the previous tournament, we decided to repeat it again.

The tournament is held in 2 stages.
1) Group stage: 4 groups of 4 people using a mini-double system (2 wins to advance). 2 people advance from each group.
2) Playoffs. Olympic system, 8 people, BO3 + match for 3rd place.
3) In the final match, players must stream (or provide a broadcast via TV), for re-streaming with commentary.
