2) For those who work 5/2 (I know that Heroes players generally don't like working, they love freelancing and everything related to it), the dates of 28-5(6) are the most optimal. I think it's also more suitable for families.
3) There's no need to start by comparing 2018 with the previous CIS event – "it was like this, it cost that much." We need to start with a clean slate. The previous event was chosen under the motto "anywhere but there." People overpaid for that. As a local, I paid 20250 for 6 days (it was actually 7) – 6 days of accommodation, a standard room for two, a banquet for 2500, and a hall, plus free breakfast. Everyone can calculate how much it cost there. And you also need to factor in drinks for the banquet and something to drink during the days, buy souvenirs, and have something to eat, maybe cook something, or have a sauna. What's more interesting is that for two uses of the cauldron, I had to pay 800 + 800 rubles – they didn't give it for free, despite my requests and threats. Cards are a personal matter; there's no need to calculate that. As a result, for two people (I'm not including the child's expenses, as they are insignificant compared to the main price), the total cost for Волгоград was incredibly high, and that's for only 6 days of accommodation. And it's not just for Волгоград.
4) A year ago, transportation to the base cost 500-800 rubles by taxi and took half an hour – how was it this time?
