6) Regarding Moscow, I also looked at 2 options – I liked them, and the price is comparable to the one suggested, but I haven't been there, and I didn't have any negotiations, because, according to Murphy's Law, right about a week before the visit, people booked the places for May, thus ruining both options (both were for a maximum of 50-60 people).
7) There are still other options; I've already arranged to view one, and there are places available, but there was a mismatch in meeting times – I can't meet during the week, and the administrator couldn't meet on the weekend (and I don't have the opportunity to just go and "look around") – however, it should eventually work out.
