Plans for CIS-2018.

Ideally, the dates should fall within the range of 29-6, as this is only two working days and six weekend days, totaling eight days. We could consider the option of 2-6, but would there be enough time?

2-6 are very difficult dates; we won't be able to manage it, but in the case of Kaliningrad, I support Zhenya's desire. If there are no other options, I'm willing to do it from the 5th to the 12th.
A 50% prepayment doesn't scare me (personally). Overall, I looked at the website, and everything is fine. If there are any other proposals, please present them!
