Posts from "War of the Strongest"
Well, beating Kyle and Alex_R will be no problem! Better not mess with us...:D
There are many of you, but we don't care :D
No, that won't work... I'm not insisting on it anyway.
Someone might not notice that the save file has been replaced, and then things will go wrong...
We need to think about how to do this in the least disruptive way...
It certainly could be improved (and perhaps even should be)... but it would immediately create confusion...

But, I absolutely agree with Alex_R - you don't have to change anything, everyone will still be on equal footing... A strong player will still find a way to surprise everyone here... The only question is, what will he say in the description? :) No one will ask him - "how did you do that? Or how did you beat that guy?" There are no such questions here...
"I just spent four weeks with a logistics expert, collecting all the chests along the way and defeating all opponents in auto-battle." You don't even need to save units - there's no Altar anyway! (By the way, the Altar is still a mandatory attribute of a map for experience)... Is saving units in battles not a sign of skill?
That's right... there's no need to turn this into another puzzle from a blitz tournament...
A map that puts a good player on the same level as an average player (and how can a strong player apply their knowledge if there is nowhere to do it?) is only convenient for average players... :D
And in general, a complex map is usually interesting... A simple one - rarely...
Attention: the starting save file and maps will be replaced.
To avoid any misunderstandings for those who have already downloaded the assignment: please delete all copies of this save file and maps from your computer.
The new save file will be uploaded tomorrow.
Sincerely.
Also, if a "+5 monsters of X" week or "monster X" month is drawn, the player must replay the week/month and achieve a neutral result. (this point is at the discretion of the tournament organizer)
Quote from the rules:
Question: how will this rule be interpreted in our case?
Another question: how can this be verified?
Another question: how can this be checked?
If suspicions arise, you can ask for save files from the end of one week and the beginning of the next.
No, well, okay, if it's a week of doubled resources, that's still somewhat understandable – it explains the huge number of "those" monsters. But what would you say about +5 units? How can suspicions arise there? Someone might lose them in a battle, and that's it...
The most important thing is not to funnel +5 creatures onto the altar for experience... That's where the imbalance will be... ;)
Well, there's also the issue of a large number of creatures appearing on the map, which has a very positive effect on gaining experience in the game.
What would you say about +5 units? How can any suspicions arise here? Someone loses them in a battle, and that's it...
What do you want to suggest? Do you have an idea?
I'm ready to listen to it.
Maybe it's not that bad... In any case, it will increase the variety...
