I'm watching the series The Expanse, and I've reached the second season (the latest one available), and so far, I really like it. I'm not an expert in TV series, but I think it's better than many others. The plot revolves around people divided into Earthlings, Martians, and asteroid dwellers, which is like different countries. Fans of space might enjoy it.
Hey, check out "Felidae" later. It's an old German cartoon about cats. You should like it.
Where do we end up when we save the world?

A cool Soviet noir)) The impression from the first frames is a heavy grayness. No, not because the film is black and white. But these are the first frames. Later, everything gets much better. The grayness turns not just into grayness, but into a high-quality and quite saturated gray hopelessness that hangs over the film almost until the very end. And you can feel it. Towards the end, it gets a little brighter, and I might not have liked that if it weren't for the open ending. Which, in my opinion, is quite well done. I seem to be feeling generous with words today. In general, it's excellent; I liked it.

Thor: Ragnarok
I'll say right away that I've been eagerly awaiting this film since Thor: The Dark World came out. I'm a fan of the Asgardian story and especially Loki. The film pleased me. It turned out to be excellent, exactly as I expected. A large amount of good humor, excellent acting, references to Thor 4, and the overall atmosphere were all very enjoyable. Thor 3 is great! There are a couple of extra characters that are completely comical, and one or two extra scenes. The meeting between Doctor Strange and Thor is also a bit weak; it could have been much better. I didn't notice any other drawbacks. The musical accompaniment is appropriate, Loki is amazing, but Kate Blanchett as the incredible goddess of death, Hela, is the star of the film. She is the best villain I have ever seen, simply superb! In short, I'm thrilled, and I recommend it to everyone.
10 out of 10
When I was 15 and went to the cinema, I really liked a movie that was released in Russia under the title "Monstro." This film didn't become very famous or popular, and although a quick check on Wikipedia told me that the film was a box office success (170 million dollars in revenue against a 25 million dollar budget), I heard very little about it. The original title of the film was "Cloverfield," so when I learned about a recently released film with a similar title, I immediately understood and decided to watch it.
At first, I wanted to criticize our translators for not even trying to maintain consistency in their own translations and for translating the film as "Cloverfield Lane," but then I realized that calling the film "Monstro 2" would also be wrong, since the monster itself plays a very minor role here.
Now, about the film itself. At first, I liked the cool visualization and the way the shots were framed, although I'm not a sophisticated film buff and don't usually pay much attention to such things. The editor, apparently, thought the same way, so after the cool moments at the beginning, it didn't offer anything particularly interesting. The plot developed well, but without any particular highlights. There are few characters, but they don't stand out in any special way; there's not much more to say about the film. The ending was terribly predictable, and when the escape scene from the bunker copied "Divide," only without the epic scale, it became even sadder. However, "Divide" failed at the American box office, so it can be copied in successful films, right?
In principle, the film isn't that bad; I don't regret watching it, but I could have just as easily not watched it.

A good movie. I liked it. A must-watch for anyone who respects veterans!
Funny Games
The guys had some fun. Like we did in the expansion. Half art-house, half thriller. Actually, it's boring. I was fiddling with a box of pills for half the movie. Not very good overall, I didn't like it.

Thor: Ragnarok
Very dynamic, not too standardized, with humor… The last time I enjoyed a Marvel movie this much was with Ant-Man.
9/10
Surprisingly, it's a truly great movie; I have a much less favorable impression of the previous Thor films. However, I didn't like the main villain; the episodic villains are more appealing. This pompous Surtur ("Surtur smash, Surtur break, Surtur bring Ragnarok!")...

The main villain here is more like Hela; it's not often we see a demon.
Don't breathe.
That's what I'm saying, I just can't seem to make Hela work for me. She's just an unappealing character, but at least her abilities are cool.
I have the opposite opinion about Hela. Well, except for her abilities. They are cool, though.;)

A lot of men were killed. And, as usual, it was all because of women. Sigh...
A good western, I liked it.
