It's better to use a half-human race. Furbolgs, Houndmasters, Hobgoblins, and Gnolls can be used (if not in the swamp), and werewolves (human-wolves) and the like)).
This way, there will be more variety)).
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
Well, how can you say they are monotonous? Aren't the infernal ones monotonous? What about the undead?
werewolves aren't quite it ))

I fully support this idea because the half-human race is more diverse, but there won't be much new here either: half-rabbit is the weakest, half-fox is stronger, half-wolf is strong, and half-bear is the strongest.
Are you sure that such a race would fit within the framework of Heroes 5...?
And in any case... how would such a race get there?
P.S.: Let's make a zoo race... or, as someone suggested before, a race of clowns...
I don't think anyone was planning to create this discussion (at least, here we are just discussing it), and you're right, the race wouldn't fit very well... I mentioned earlier that there wouldn't be much diversity or anything particularly interesting...
P.S. No need for a zoo... but clowns are okay... ;)
What do you think about the idea that the attacking and retaliatory strikes should be applied simultaneously (like in Heroes 4), rather than the way it is done here? It seems a bit unfair. In reality, cities don't fly, there's only one race – humans – and there's no magic.
In reality, cities don't fly, and there's only one race: humans. And magic doesn't exist in reality.

Because it seems unfair. In reality, it doesn't work that way.
Hamsters and hamster berserkers :D Let it be a secret neutral unit :)
But why add them... they already exist... it's just that no one sees them.
