What would you add to Heroes? (creative ideas only!)

In reality, cities don't fly, and there's only one race – humans – and there's no magic in reality.

And what do you think about the idea that it would be better if the attacking and retaliatory strikes were applied simultaneously (like in Heroes 4), and not as it is here.
Because it seems unfair. In reality, it doesn't work that way.
