What would you add to Heroes? (creative ideas only!)

In reality, cities don't fly, and there's only one race: humans. And magic doesn't exist in reality.

There's no need to go to extremes; everyone understands that magic doesn't exist... we shouldn't forget that the game is fantasy, and reality (even if just a little) is always present in it... as for the simultaneous attack, it's a good idea... IMHO.
