While Heroes of Might and Magic 6 hasn't been released yet, I want to start:
It's a new year! Heroes of Might and Magic 6 will be out soon, and I want to propose creating a dream map, that is, a map with a large number of quests, messages, etc. But most importantly, the map should be humorous and entertaining.

A map for H6? I think it's not worth counting your chickens before they hatch. Starting to create a large (or simply high-quality) project immediately after the game's release, without properly studying the game mechanics and the editor, is a doomed endeavor. If something does come out, it's unlikely to be the map of your dreams. You need to gain experience for such things.

As for the plot, it's easy enough to come up with one. Of course, for that, it would be good to know the lore of the H6 universe.

I've always dreamed of a superhero who's also a bit of a loser. A level 30 Loldin with a huge army. Before each battle, he has some kind of misadventure: either he's forbidden to cast spells, or his morale is at rock bottom, or his luck is just as bad.
Another option: a knight, a dragon, and a princess. Is it cliché? Well, ask yourself, who is saving whom from what? Is the knight saving the princess from the dragon? Hmm, guys, it's the 21st century. Nowadays, there are knights, dragons, and princesses who are so different that a fragile girl has to take a sword in her teeth and save her scaly love from a crazy paladin.
Or a mage, a graduate of a super-cool academy. The worst graduate. Who was sent to deal with some gang stealing potatoes from a neighboring field. In the end, all of this turns out to be part of a conspiracy, and there's a super-evil villain involved.

That's just a quick idea. It's a bit of a template, yes. But maybe something will be useful.

Here's another idea: a necromancer lost his best friend in battle. He managed to raise the body as a zombie, but the spirit was lost. So, the necromancer sets out to find his friend's ghost, and somehow it ends up in Schism. But even when the ghost is found, things aren't that simple. The ghost has come to believe itself to be the Ghost of Communism and intends to change the social structure of the world! The necromancer has to fight his friend, of course he wins, returns his soul to the body, and happy ending!

Or: The main character is a sword that passes from one hero to another. Its fame is widespread, and many want to acquire such an artifact, but the sword wants to live peacefully and tries in every way to free itself from the control of its masters.

In my opinion, it's better to use a "direct translation" and a "distorted direct translation." For example: Draco Malfoy - Lizard Koldovayko Sirius Black - Sasha Cherny Remus Lupin - Rem Volkov

Combine: The main character is a lich skull that passes from one hero to another, like a powerful artifact (similar to the skull of Marquel). His fame is widespread, and many want to acquire such an artifact, and the lich to whom this skull belongs wants to put his pieces back together, but he is not allowed to do so, as he was very powerful before, and everyone is terribly afraid of him. And then a young mage appears, who is inspired by the spirit of necromancy and wants to become an apprentice to this skull :)
