After that, defeating the purple players wasn't a problem – I had four dozen Blood-Eyed creatures and the rest in proportion. I captured the remaining castles in just a couple of weeks. The entire mission took 4 months.

Try clearing the area around the first castle – barracks, mines, etc. – before attacking the brown garrison. This will give you experience, resources, and time to build.
However, don't delay too long, as the turquoise faction will also be leveling up.
After capturing the brown castle, I simply took all the troops from that hero and sent him to stay in the city.
Here's another tip: build all the buildings without upgrades first, so that you have each type of troop represented – they will accumulate.
During battles, actively use combat spells – I maxed out Kujin's spells, and everything went pretty well.

In this mission, I cleared the entire island, lured the purple creatures with a secondary hero, defeated them, and then set sail. The secondary heroes regularly delivered reinforcements to Kujin.

vova82006, try playing the campaign. Maybe the turquoise dragon won't appear for you. But you need to quickly clear out the mines, build up your towns, and raise an army. When I was fighting the purple faction, I already had all 7 types of upgraded units.
