a small clarification: the hero was attacked during the turn transition. I paid to avoid the attack. Does that mean I have the right to buy him and MOVE with him? It seems that the rules describe options for managing heroes who have fled or been bought off only during the active phase of their turn.

You can only move once per turn. And when attacking with a turn transition, doesn't the same thing happen? After all, the hero will only move once during the next turn.

As far as I understand, the organizers are already trying to use Moscow time as a reference, although there are exceptions, of course. ;)
But we can only discuss it after the organizer announces the end of the save submission period!

So, I downloaded the save yesterday, put it on a flash drive... and went home, happy in anticipation of the battle... but that wasn't the case... it turned out that I forgot the flash drive at work... :(
