After 3:00 PM, we can start discussing, because in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, it will already be August 1st. The organizers should be given an idea to add a note to the rules - "According to Moscow time..."

As far as I understand, the organizers are already trying to use Moscow time as a reference, although there are exceptions, of course. ;)
But we can only discuss it after the organizer announces the end of the save submission period!
