In general, charisma is less useful here for two reasons:
1) Previously, social skills were located in the perks and origin sections and did not have levels. Now, you can spend half of your experience points on them.
2) Previously, skills and characteristics were linked to each other. By taking magic, you gained energy and willpower. By taking melee weapons, you gained accuracy and dodge/health. But now, this is not the case.
Just out of curiosity, and without making any serious commitments, I'd like to know – how legitimate is it to take a free alchemist, or a couple of third-tier skills (as the most expensive ones) from certain skill trees using the Onodzuki bonus?
- Why are my hands tied? And... my tail? - Where am I? - Who am I? Besides the obvious suffering, absolute confusion was reflected on the awakened one's face.
??? doesn't remember anything about his past, nor does he know his name. However, it is clear that he is at least a "prisoner sentenced to death". Inventory: where did the prisoner get an inventory from? It’s empty
Darnian. -3 health points for each point of Constitution. +20% experience gain. Assarrian. +4 health points for each point of Constitution, +1% melee damage, and +2% melee critical hit damage for each point of Strength, +0.5 to hit and +1 to dodge for each point of Dexterity, +1 to Strength and Magic Resistance for each point of Will. Wisdom cannot be increased. -25% experience gain. Dwarf. +12 health points for each point of Constitution. -0.7 to dodge for each point of Dexterity. Orc. +5 health points for each point of Constitution and Strength. Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma cost twice as much to increase. Shunian. The character has a scorpion tail that deals damage equal to Strength multiplied by two (ignores armor and has a static 20% chance to critically hit). Tail attacks poison the opponent, reducing all of their stats by 15% at the beginning of each of their turns until the end of the battle. Tayosian. Passive submission – a male character must pass a Will check, otherwise he will be forced to submit. Men deal half damage to Tayosians and receive twice as much damage from them. The character has the ability to fly and receives +10 to movement speed and +40% to dodge. Immune to fire.
All of this are non-human races. And Onodzukas (and Taosians, Enclave Dweller, and Order, as far as I know) are only available to humans (the first two to the Taosians, the local Japanese, the third to the Nozenrots, and the fourth to the Kalevri). Let Revan correct me if I'm wrong.
So, it will be a human with slightly different stats.
Should it still be played with the left hand? It should.
But for now, the question is: "how long will I last?" - not at all.
If anything, this is a question of this kind:
"what are the pitfalls that await me in this case?"
Well, you have very low hit chance and dodge in melee combat, no hit chance and dodge at range, and weak willpower. You also only move one tile at a time. I'm not sure about the damage, but it doesn't seem like fists do much damage, so +20% will be a drop in the ocean. So, you level up very quickly, take little damage from elements, and are relatively durable, but you can't damage opponents almost at all.
Without a clear purpose, the increased strength is of little use, so naturally, the stats change. The plan is that an ally with high charisma will deal some damage.
Here, it's also important to understand how experience is distributed among the group and how to use it.
And surely, you can use simple weapons like a club, but with penalties due to the lack of the required skill (although what skill does it need?).
Or take an attacking skill branch instead of charisma/2 preparation.
just with penalties without the necessary skill (although what skill does she need?)
A one-handed club is a one-handed weapon. A two-handed club is a two-handed weapon. A long and narrow club is a polearm.
However, if you simply want a character with high wisdom, it might make more sense to create a character from the Haven faction. But they have their own nuances in terms of gameplay.

Have you seen what kind of allies Mentu generated? A mage with 0 will, 10 HP, and half of his experience points invested in a third-level trading skill.
so, it will generate successfully on the third try.
Okay, we pick up a cobblestone from the ground. And hit someone on the head with it. Does this also require a skill, depending on how many hands we use to hold it?
We throw something heavy. Considering that the preparation includes the phrase "throwing without penalties," it means that it is possible even without this skill.
