Ment, broken maps are incredibly good. Like Ectar, Aegis, and Lighting Blast. Fairy Princess is at best a meme-tier unit, meaning it's weak but has the potential for funny combos. And yes, Eyrin is better.
The Mage doesn't need girls; he needs a male leader, as he only has female units.
Imperial Dragoon is a male unit; the voice is male.

I think the voting is fine. Out of the current pool of leaders, I only like Mordecai more than the standard version, and Selvin is on par with the standard one. Here, if things stay as they are, I would definitely take Cerberka and Dasha. Almiraj is good (although she is inferior to both Zhannas, in my opinion), the dragoon – why not for variety, and Aerin, if she wins, is also okay. Albert will do, although he is indeed in all decks, he might get boring. And let Azazel be there, although it would be better to have a blood-themed girl (but not the general, who is Ivan-tier, in my opinion).
Yes, I like both Mordecai and Cerberka, although they are somewhat opposites, and I would gladly switch these leaders depending on my mood. Also, I voted for the Abomination, the Dragoon, and the Eidolon; I would buy each of these leaders for gold. Furthermore, I found myself agreeing with the majority regarding the Dark General. As for who I voted for in Might and Magic, I don't even remember, as that race wasn't very interesting.
