I think the voting is fine. Out of the current pool of leaders, I only like Mordecai more than the standard version, and Selvin is on par with the standard one. Here, if things stay as they are, I would definitely take Cerberka and Dasha. Almiraj is good (although she is inferior to both Zhannas, in my opinion), the dragoon – why not for variety, and Aerin, if she wins, is also okay. Albert will do, although he is indeed in all decks, he might get boring. And let Azazel be there, although it would be better to have a blood-themed girl (but not the general, who is Ivan-tier, in my opinion).
Yes, I like both Mordecai and Cerberka, although they are somewhat opposites, and I would gladly switch these leaders depending on my mood. I'm just used to this in card games from Hearthstone, where grim and atmospheric and unserious and fun coexist peacefully. In Hearthstone, there are the harsh Naxxramas and Old Gods, and there is a disco party in Karazhan and Gadgetzan with pigs on motorcycles; here – all sorts of Mordecais, Hectors, and front-line generals on one side, and loli commanders and cute Cerberka on the other)

I have two oil units in my oil deck, and with two of them, it performs great. The main thing is to have Mordecais.
