Don't hesitate, try to make it resemble the original sequence, at least a little.

As I like to say, sometimes there are situations where a seemingly minor inconvenience turns out to be more beneficial than a major one.

Here's what I've found so far:

Researchers compare Osgiliath with Nicomedia, the eastern capital of the Roman Empire... Nicaea, located near Constantinople, may also have influenced the concept of the city.

Let's move on to Nicomedia. In the "see also" section, we see Nicaea again; let's go there (by the way, you can go to Nicaea directly from Osgiliath).
There, through the history section, we move on to the Thracians:

After Antigonus's defeat, the region came under the control of the Thracian commander Lysimachus in 301 BC.

In the article about the Thracians, in the "records about the Thracians" tab, we see:

Many mythical creatures, such as the god Dionysus, passed from the Thracians to their neighbors, the Greeks...

In the article about Dionysus, in the "myths" tab, we see, opposite the third bullet point:

Son of Cabirus, king of Asia, in his honor, the festivals of Sabazios.

We enter "Sabazios" into Google, go to Wikipedia, and in the "references" tab, we see that Sabazios is the Thracian Dionysus. When you enter the phrase into Google, it corrects the error to "Thracian Dionysus," and we can again return to the Thracians or Dionysus.

It's a bit much, of course, but what can you do...? I'll continue my search

Google corrects the typo because either there really is a typo, or, as I believe, Thracian = Phrygian. This is supported by the data...
In general, I really like it. In short, Osgiliath => Nicomedia => Nicaea => Phrygia => Dionysus. It's a bit long, but each transition seems quite logical. Perhaps the first one could be debated, but I haven't found anything better.

The only thing I don't like about this option is that I can't go back from either Nicaea and the Nicaean Empire, or Nicomedia to Osgiliath.
Actually, as I wrote above, you can skip the `Nicomedia` step, and then the chain will be slightly shorter.

Which isn't that surprising, actually. I'm not sure if you can even get to Osgiliath from anything, it's just very specific. Especially not from Thrace.
In general, I was even thinking about the possibility of Kosha being the mafia. And we don't have many candidates. Kosha doesn't fit perfectly into the worlds (well, maybe I'm being subjective, but that's how it seems to me). She's not very good at Mafia either: yesterday, at some point, she made it clear that she considered Hek a townie after his vote, but she still executes him. I'm not sure if Mafia Kosha would do that. The hypothesis that she's the mafia suits me. At least for now.
