In this case, no one bothered you; you yourself switched from one stance to another. Since it was difficult to determine which of Ventorum's forms was more legitimate, it was decided to simply refrain from supporting either side. As for the resolution on non-interference, it officially permitted drugs, nudism, and other nonsense from which we got rid of in previous resolutions; everything is obvious.

In general, I don't know if we're still playing or not, but I need at least two things to continue: 1. A way to get to the city's territory (as I already wrote, this can be done by sea, by air (also in different ways) or something else for individual units. I could, of course, determine this myself, but then the blame for the downed vertical take-off aircraft/sunken yacht would lie with my choice, and that's not interesting. 2. And where, from where, and in what sequence these units arrive. It would also be good to clearly indicate who is in which unit, because a lot of time has passed since the last discussion of this issue, and I might mess something up.

By the way, Revan has always had and continues to have the highest nudism score, on par with Ment. They periodically take turns being in the lead. (~1200 for both now)

Well, unlike drugs and many other things, the consequences of this choice can only be reversed by a single issue, which may not even reappear for several years (and even then, it's not certain that it will reduce the effect by 1000, and not by 20-30, as it very well could on Necropolis). Sad.
