And the "maniac" only has one decent kill, and it's much harder for him to rely on two teams killing each other (and not touching him) without outside help.

Patch 3: A new skill has been added for Windows 2000:
Opossum Tactics. When someone uses a deadly ability on Windows 2000 for the first time, Windows 2000 enters an instinctive state of freezing. After this procedure, Windows, out of fear, accelerates its computational circuits, losing the ability to "freeze."

Also, a rule has been added stating that the freeze will not be displayed in the newspaper if someone came to kill the frozen unit. And indeed, the comrade was frozen, so he doesn't remember anything =-)
