in general, blocking someone from mana is more of a move from a newbie. It would have been easier to just sit it out or kill them. I can create a table.

What's the problem? If it were a murder, that would be clear, but here it's just a block.

if the blocks are applied simultaneously, then he can be both. as can the others who are blocked. because the mafia have protection against the block + the moderator sends the block simultaneously.
