It's clear that Morning is the Caretaker. He killed the Sniper, leaving no trace.

Who is that woman in the white coat? It immediately brings to mind associations – a doctor or a scientist. The Healer is our Soul, but she's a synthetic. And the Scientist doesn't seem to be a woman... and she could also be a synthetic.

The drones that were flying around Nayra were probably a block from the Mind.
And the drones that were circling around Amko could have been a check from the Caretaker, because there don't seem to be any other NPCs that could be described that way.

The Evil Yasha was isolated by the Gardener, so no one bothered him. Therefore, he is not the Sniper and, apparently, not the Mind.

It all makes sense based on the newspaper.
