The "milky Asian" is a clue to the identity of the bomber. And this clue seems to be the most definitive. As for 40,000, that's the amount for the boss of the second mafia.

Hundreds of thousands of apps. A six-digit number. But this is a Berber. The correct answer is ICQ. Okay, Ple-Sen still gave himself away as Amko's accomplice. Execute Ple-Sen.

A milky Asian is a clue to who planted the bomb. And this clue looks the most unambiguous. And 40,000 is for the boss of the second mafia.
Yes. That's right.

For me, not everything is so clear. But I'll try to understand.
Arandon - mechanic/mechanical arm/ Drakkosha - colonel, wanted to use her ultimate ability, but didn't have time. Sesam - shadow. Kassi - "good intentions" - a city that was blown up by a mine? Arandon - used his ultimate ability, first Drakkosha/colonel/, second Wyrm survived.
The killer, however, did not stop at just Drakkosha and went on to kill his second target, who turned out to be a more difficult opponent and managed to avoid death.
They might not have needed to go there. But it's more likely that there were many deaths, and their paths crossed. Who is the mechanic? Arandor was Travis; the image hints at it, and the city no longer has any units with mechanical parts; they were all killed. Cassia is not just a city; it's a place of salvation. Otherwise, everything is correct.

No.

They could have stayed away. But it's more likely that there were just a lot of deaths, and they overlapped. Who is the mechanic? Arandor was Travis, the picture hints at it, and the city no longer has any units with mechanical parts; they were all killed. Cassie is not just a city; he is a savior. Otherwise, everything is correct.
By mechanic, I meant Mechanic Prowler. Arandor was never peaceful with me; it's just that I wouldn't have been supported in executing him. Now, I'm thinking, wouldn't it be better to execute Mechanic Prowler, the killer of the Dragonling who can kill two units, than Scavenger, the Mold? Why do you say Ment is from a different team? He could have been mining earlier.
Not from different teams... I've linked both clues to Ples, but only one can be correct, because Ples can't be both a miner and a boss at the same time ;) But I think he's still a miner.
Right now, I think it's better to execute Mechanic Prowler, the dragon-killer who can kill two, than Scavenger - Ples.
Maybe it is better. A minefield is also unpleasant, but if I have to choose, I'd probably choose the boss. In fact, I've already made my choice, although I'm not 100% sure yet if that's the best option.
Right now, I'm thinking, wouldn't it be better to execute Mechanic Prowler – the Dragon Slayer, who can kill two, rather than Scavenger – the Mold. Why are you saying they're from different teams? He could have been mining earlier.
What do you think about the proposal to execute the serial killer? The one who, with 100% certainty, can kill two in one night? After all, this is an overpowered serial killer who, without leaving any clues, has been tearing through the city throughout the entire game. This cannot be said about the Mafia, who killed only a couple of townspeople. Moreover, the serial killers' team (lol) has no losses; they haven't even used a single ultimate ability!
