Why are characters like Kha-Belekh included as heroes? And if so, why not make Ashu or Urgash heroes as well? And in terms of size, don't you think Kha is a bit too small? Wouldn't a spaceship be a better fit instead? Doesn't he fit the setting? And does a hero who is as tall as a titan and placed on equal footing with other smaller heroes, killing 2 peasants with a single attack at level 1, really fit well? Especially with a subpar model that lacks any movement animation. Wouldn't such a creature be better suited as a boss in some campaign, where it would be encountered by another overpowered creature, leveled up to 30, capable of one-shotting a dragon, and accompanied by armies of epic proportions – isn't that the only suitable context for Kha? Or is he really meant to have meager troops, start developing from level 1, and have perks "like everyone else"?
These are the thoughts that come to mind; it would be interesting to hear arguments in favor (an answer to the first question).
