No, I didn't watch the recording, but after reading the thread, I drew conclusions. Or does my argument not make sense without watching the video? If that’s the case, there is no need to watch it; everything is clear anyway.
Ze, with all due respect... It seems strange to me that you are making such a fuss about this obvious (unlike the previous situation) issue. Sava's post about this bug appeared a) in the Hota topic, and not HD, b) one day after Hell contacted them. The Baratorch's post, which Sava refers to, was actually on the DF2 forum, and players don't have to know about its existence. Baratorch himself did not consider the described bug an obvious consequence of installing the version (otherwise, there would be a warning in the changelog). Therefore, Hell has no fault in what happened. Yes, he could have used the timer more efficiently, but no, he wasn't obliged to play around the fact that the game might lag for 5-7 seconds. Given that the stream clearly shows that he was already performing the necessary action when the last second ticked (and no, he wouldn't think for another 5-10 seconds before clicking when the last seconds of the timer were running), this is a straightforward decision for the AC, not a complex controversial situation.
I understand that it’s quite frustrating that the AC resolved the previous unclear situation against you; there is a clear feeling of injustice and a desire to "get even," but in this case, Hell's request is very modest and fair (with such a bug, a more assertive player could ask for a full N seconds for all the necessary actions).
P.S. Regarding the precedent – flooding is irrelevant. There is no clear legislative structure on Hv. The AC = council of elders, which has complete power over everything happening in the community based on trust in their competence. Do you not trust the fairness of their decisions? Then why did you choose them? You didn't choose specifically, but the majority decided otherwise? Well, too bad for you. It's a democracy, after all.
