Kostya, what place would I have taken?))
Well, I think 3rd, after HellLighT and LeBron. :) I didn't participate, but it was surprising how many people were throwing games in some battles.

Added after 7 minutes
And here is a small bonus. An interview with the Champion.

Dirty_Player: This was your first time participating in a live tournament. What were your expectations? Did they match reality?
What mood were you in when you headed to the tournament? Did you expect to win?

HellLighT: I had already read colorful reports from previous events, so I expected quite a lot from this tournament; everything was doubly justified—the packed program and great company were simply top-notch.
As for the game itself, I've worked on myself quite a bit in that regard, so I expected a good result, but the Olympic system allowed no room for error, so I was prepared for defeat as well. I'm very glad that didn't happen!)

Dirty_Player: Which of the games was the most memorable? What was the hardest part?

HellLighT: All the games were colorful, each with its own nuances. More than once I thought I was losing, but there was only one serious FB in the final, and that's where I felt the most tension—perhaps because it was the longest game in terms of time. As for the hardest part, there was a critical moment in the final when the opponent arrived at my chocolate resp earlier than expected, before I was ready for it. I managed to wiggle out quite successfully, but you'll read about that in the report soon)

Dirty_Player: What do you think of the choice of maps for this tournament? What is your favorite map?

HellLighT: The choice was optimal in my opinion; I think everyone had encountered most of them, and they are all quite fast, which allowed us to finish the final on time. As for the map, I think it's no secret to the forum users and my stream viewers that it's Jebuss cross )

Dirty_Player: In three games you got the Barbarian, who isn't exactly a favorite in SoD. Were you okay with that?

HellLighT: In the first 2 of them, I played JC, and there he is not a bit inferior to the opponents' choices (Rampart in both games) + I had the red color, which is a big deal on this map, and that SUITED ME PERFECTLY! Regarding the final, it was a debatable issue; my calculation was that we wouldn't meet immediately and I wouldn't be pelted with magic under fire birds. As the game showed, I was close to failure, but the garrison with the ballista helped me avoid that.

Dirty_Player: In general, what is your favorite town? Who are your favorite heroes?

HellLighT: My favorite town is undoubtedly Dungeon, which often allows you to do things from the start that are practically inaccessible to others until the second week! Even though it's not the best fit for my favorite map... as for heroes, I really like microing with Moon, and I don't have any other particular priorities

Dirty_Player: Let's leave the heroes. What was the most memorable non-gaming moment?
HellLighT: I vividly remember the excitement on the first day, when everyone didn't limit themselves in drinks, or actions, visits to shady establishments... Dust's "cooking," an unlimited amount of "blue" and "toilet" humor from selected event participants, as well as a remarkably warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere that reigned there!

Dirty_Player: How do you like the hero hangout in real life? Do players on the forum differ much from how they are in person?

HellLighT: The hero hangout is characterized by a special temperament and endurance (especially alcohol endurance). As for the differences between the forum and real life, in most cases they are colossal; even old players who rarely participate in forum life turn out to be very sociable personalities who never stop radiating positivity... but there are exceptions very similar to their online personas, who worry about others, keep order, and ensure a comfortable stay for their charges!

Dirty_Player: In your opinion, what was missing from this event? Should something have been added or removed?

HellLighT: Only hot water from time to time, and female representatives of the hero diaspora (Heroines); otherwise, everything was great!

Dirty_Player: Do you plan to participate in similar meetups in the future? For example, in Minsk?

HellLighT: Unfortunately, I can't plan anything yet; my current situation is too unstable, but I really want to go. I will try by all available means, especially considering it will be warmer there!)

Dirty_Player: Should the Siberian Championship become a regular tournament? Is Tomsk ready to host it? :)

HellLighT: Definitely yes! Siberian tournaments should be held regularly. I won't venture to speak precisely about next year, but Tomsk will definitely host it.

Dirty_Player: Thank you for the interview, Anton. Good luck in your future tournaments. It was a pleasure to meet you in person.

HellLighT: Thank you too, it was a pleasure to chat and have a fun time! I would also like to note that I've never heard of gorgeous songs being composed about companies or games, and yet I heard such things live!
It was magnificent!

Dirty_Player: this suits us perfectly! ©
