Hello everyone. We had an idea to hold a club tournament in the distant and snowy Siberia.

Goals and objectives of the tournament:
1. Meeting old friends and getting acquainted with new ones
2. Great get-together
3. Uniting Siberian Heroes players.
4. Playing Heroes
5. Improving skills
6. Poker
7. Excursions around the city and possibly visits to interesting places (for those who want).

Dates: November 2-3-4, 2013. (Siberia is beautiful at this time of year :D) Three official consecutive days off. Arrival on November 1st. We will meet everyone personally both at the train station and at the airport.
Location: Novosibirsk. house + sauna at the same location.

Expenses
Tournament fee: 500 rubles
Accommodation: 700 rubles ($21.5) per day (may change slightly depending on the number of participants)
Food: it depends on individual preferences, but on average 500-700 rubles/day. For those who drink alcohol, expenses are limited by the quality and quantity of drinks... calculate yourself or consult with other organizers.
Poker: strictly according to BR :D
Total minimum budget, excluding travel costs, (just coming, chatting, playing) is about 5000-6000 rubles, depending on the length of stay, but it's better to have some extra money in case you want to have more fun :D

Tournament format: Olympic system for 16 players, 4 rounds. (Siberian Hardcore)
Heroes version: SoD 3.2 + HD
Rules: Standard HW
Timer: 16:8:1 blitz!
Templates: you will play what you are given :D

Information about tickets will be available later. If you book in advance, it will definitely be cheaper. Approximately 11,000 rubles for a round trip from Moscow to Novosibirsk. As for accommodation, we will try to choose the best value for money, depending on the number of people.

Oxy, Lebron - you definitely need to come! :-) I hope things won't fall through for the Siberians: Alessandro, FiretoSky, DeepMike, Van, and a couple of guys from Kemerovo will also join, aka the super-moderators of AG - Colt, Erny, and maybe someone else!

In November, it's unlikely we can organize a particularly extensive cultural program. But if it were in warmer weather, in August, for example... we could go out into nature, have a barbecue, take those who want to go fishing, and take a boat ride on the Ob River - show them the places, because Siberia is amazing, especially its nature!
