HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

The initiative bar is certainly a good thing, but in my opinion, it's an overdoing, because the turn order is an important aspect of the game that needs to be monitored.

In the fifth game, a random element is simply used, and in some rather frequent situations, it is not just difficult, but absolutely impossible to predict the turn order. In the third game, as far as I understand, it is always possible: with equal speeds, the unit located higher on the map goes first.
