Alright, prove to me that Australia exists, and I'll take a very comfortable position of a nihilist.

Australia exists by definition. Even if it's not a continent, but a small island, and the people who returned from there actually just visited some kind of artificial reality or something similar, it exists simply because there is such a word. Q.E.D.
