I found one bug in the third quest.

I completed the Phoenix quest for fun (I initially thought both quests were mandatory), and if you then approach the water, there will be a script error, but it will deduct 50 gems. If you approach it again after the script error, it will deduct another 50. It might even deduct it a second time even if you don't complete the Phoenix quest (maybe).

The Phoenix quest itself is worse; 50,000 gold is much better than 50 gems, and 5 Phoenixes are not worth taking up a slot, and collecting them takes much longer.
However, this doesn't significantly affect the walkthrough.
